From Dardanelle, take Hwy 27 south toward Danville. Travel approximately 24 miles. Turn right on Spring Creek Rd. Stay on 23 for approximately 3 miles until you come to Hwy 307 and turn right. It will eventually turn to gravel and become Spring Lake Rd.  Go Approximately 1 mile and turn left on  Hickory Grove Rd. Go to mail boxes and turn left. Then you will come to two gates on your right. Go through the gates and drive straight another 300 yards. You will then come to one more gate. It should be open by 10am. Pass through this gate to get to "True Grit".
