"True Grit is a Cowboy Action Shooting club located "Near Dardanelle, in Yell County". We are members of SASS, (Single Action Shooting Society) and SASS rules govern all of our shoots. We shoot on the fourth Sunday of every month and everyone is invited to watch or participate. We have a shooters meeting at 9:45am and shooting commences at 10. Lunch starts around noon, followed by more shooting and a short club meeting afterwards.
Minimum Ammo Required: 50 Pistol, 50 Rifle, 25 Shotgun
Fees are: Club members:
$5.00 per shoot
Non members: $10.00 per shoot
Club membership: $10.00 single per year
If you don't have all the guns or clothes, come on out anyway. There's always plenty of extra guns and a pair of jeans and a cowboy hat will do.
